We recommend hand washing for product longevity but we know you’re busy parents! Hence why we have designed our products to be dishwasher safe.

We always recommend to clean before first use using warm soapy water. Your silicone product is safe to clean in warm/hot soapy water or the top shelf of the dishwasher. We recommend washing the silicone as soon as possible after use and refrain from using any strong solvents/ harsh chemicals or scourers when cleaning. 

Yes! Thats right they are also Oven and Microwave safe for tempratures up to 400°F.

Also, Freezer safe down to -40°F.

Slight staining may occur if the product has come into contact with strong oil-based foods and left unwashed for a long period of time. To try to remove residue stains, scrub with dish soap and leave to soak in warm soapy water. For those super tough stains that won't lift we also suggest you try a little bit of bicarbonate soda or lemon juice to remove it also.

We can not guarantee our products will be stain-proof for all food this item comes into contact with and will not be able to provide refund or exchange on any stained products.

Whats the difference between FDA + Premium LFGB Silicone?

LFGB is standard mainly for Europe, while FDA (Food and Drug Administration) is standard in America. The difference between LFGB and FDA lies on the different way of testing method, and LFGB is more comprehensive and more strict.

 

What temperatures can the Silicone be exposed to?

We recommend the following temperatures for your Pippeta Silicone items. 

Freezer safe down to -20C

Suitable for temperatures up to 230C

DO NOT use on a hot plate, this will melt the silicone.

Step by step, we will guide you through all the stages and you will surely be able to successfully reach the end of the task! Our collection is “back to the roots”, to childhood that was much more “unplugged”, but full of free time, endless adventures and things to do.

TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS:

The “Mermaid” set includes: a tail, a belt and a shell bra. The kit includes all the necessary elements, except the necessary tools: scissors, glue and a brush.

The kit comes with an instruction, we recommend that you also use the video guide in the “assembly instructions” tab.

Working time: about 2 hours (you do not need to complete the entire set in one session. Depending on the age, interest and commitment of the child, spread the work in installments).

Difficulty level: more difficult.

Size: Adjust the size of the tail straps, waistband and bra strap.

The costume is suitable for further decoration: painting, sticking, etc.

The mermaid set is not recommended for children under 6 years old (younger children may have a calf shorter than the height of the fin).

The product is made of certified, recyclable cardboard, made in Poland.
