Royal Mail Delays
Due to the recent strike action by members of the Communication Workers Union, disruption to deliveries and Royal Mail services are expected. Items posted in the run up, during and after strike days are likely to be subject to delay.
We are aware that many of the parcels are showing as 'awaiting to be dispatched to Royal Mail' please note that all parcels have been dispatched on the day of order. We have taken this up with Royal Mail and they have informed us that this is down to the delays and backlog. They also notified us that many items are not receiving the initial scan and going straight to the local delivery offices.
Should your item have not arrived within 10 working days from dispatch we ask your please contact us on email@example.com. We are unable to make a claim with Royal mail as well as refund any postage charges or orders should it be less than 10 working days, this is also dependant on response from Royal Mail.
