SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Who will ship my items?
We use Royal Mail to ship all items as well as DPD for larger items.
We generally use a 'signed for' service, so you will almost always need to sign for your items.
How long will I wait to receive my items?
We work hard to despatch most orders within 24-48 hours.
UK - Delivery will normally take 1-3 working days from dispatch
Europe - Delivery will normally take 2-6 working days from dispatch
Rest of World - Delivery will normally take up to 6 working days from dispatch
You will notified who your parcel has been sent via email as well as a tracking number via email.
Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by global situation eg. Covid19
We are a small independent business, so please note that delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch.
Customs delays - Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for international orders.
What is the shipping cost?
All our shipment costs are worked out on the weight of the total number of items a price will then be given on the shipment page.
PLEASE NOTE If the total weight of parcel is over 2kg, an extra shipping fee may be charged. We will contact you separately if the total weight exceeds 2kg.
Overseas Customers, Taxes and Duties
Please note that customers outside of the European Union will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company.
What happens when a delivery attempt has been made?
Most deliveries require a signature. If delivery is attempted for a signed for package and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot or post office, unfortunately we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. One we receive the times back, if you would still like the products, we will re-dispatch the parcel but there will be an additional charge for re-posting.
What to do when a parcel has not arrived?
Please contact us by email: email@example.com enclosing your order number and address if you have not received the package within 7 working days from the date when you received a dispatch notice. Usually the package will remain in the local depot or post office and we can rearrange a delivery to you with a tracking number, or we can provide you with the tracking number so you can collect it from the collection point.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched
If sadly for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order because products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and/or phone call.
